Prior to Initial Contact

Client and contractor will be respectful, professional and appropriate. No personal attacks.

Please be clear and concise in your language use, and provide the required information for the service(s) you are enquiring about.

During Initial Contact

Client and contractor will be respectful, professional and appropriate. No personal attacks.

Please be clear and concise in your language use, and provide the required information for the service(s) you are enquiring about.
If either client or contractor have requested multiple times for the other to stop a certain behaviour and the other refuses to, they reserve the right to terminate the working relationship at any time prior to work commencement with no notice.
Any and all information provided prior to work commencement will be destroyed in the event that the working relationship is terminated.
Non-refundable deposits will be paid prior to work commencement.

After Work Commencement and Agreements Signed

Client and contractor will be respectful, professional and appropriate. No personal attacks.
Please be clear and concise in your language use, and provide the required information for the service(s) you have employed.
If either client or contractor have requested multiple times for the other to stop a certain behaviour and the other refuses to, they reserve the right to terminate the working relationship at any time after work commencement with four days’ notice. Any work that has been completed can be paid for and provided to the client, or it will be destroyed after the four days.
Any and all information provided prior to work commencement or after work commencement will be destroyed in the event that the working relationship is terminated after the four days.

After Work Completed

Client and contractor will be respectful, professional and appropriate. No personal attacks.
Please be clear and concise in your language use, and provide the required information for the service(s) completed.
Client will pay for any and all work completed by the contractor. Contractor will provide any and all work completed for the client.
If payment is not received, the work completed will be held for a maximum of 30 days before being destroyed.
