Information

All clients are required to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and a General Service Agreement prior to any work commenced or information shared. These agreements protect the information and work of both client and contractor.
EF Writing & EF Editing is a sole trader and thus any and all information will only be provided to Emily Fairhall of EF Writing & EF Editing.

Security

Information will be stored on EF Writing & EF Editing’s secure Google Drive account, only accessible to Emily Fairhall of EF Writing & EF Editing.
No copies or back-ups of aforementioned information will be made, and emailed copies will only be provided to the relevant client and Emily Fairhall of EF Writing & EF Editing.
Any violation of these terms will result in legal action.
